More new Backing Tracks for your Band!!!

August 30th, 2010

Alright, well I hate to say it but it`s been several weeks since I`ve been able to post any new tracks. The truth is I had a horrible computer problem (my computer crashed) and I have been two weeks without it, thus I`ve not been able to do any work. However, all`s well that ends well, I have my computer back with all of the old files that were on it and I`m back in business.

With that said I have some new backing tracks that I`ve made. Two of them I use regularly, the other was made by request (Bon Jovi) but I enjoyed making it and think I will pick up the song in one of my own bands.

So the new tunes are as follows: Bon Jovi - Bad Medicine, The Cure - Just Like Heaven, and The Scorpions - Winds of Change. All of these backing tracks are available to you guys tuned to play in both A440 and E Flat so pick your favorite and away you go. They all have a left side click of course for the drummer to play along to and there`s samples of each track by clicking on the “Listen” link.

You can view our whole (and growing) library of course by visiting Downloadable Backing Tracks and browsing the list alphabetically.

Hope you enjoy these tracks and it`s great to be back!

Peace,

IK

More new tracks for your band…

August 9th, 2010

I’ve been working away trying hard to get more new tracks for you guys touse and get them posted on the site. It seems to be a bit of a slow but sure process but every couple of weeks I’m getting a few more tracks added for you guys to check and hopefully use for your live shows.

My most recent additions to the library are Prince - Let’s Go Crazy and Rick James - Give It To Me. Both of these tracks are available for using with A440 tuning or E Flat tuning and are great tracks.

I’ve used the Rick James track numerous times and on top of it being a great sounding track, it’s a real crowd pleaser. I haven’t used the Prince tune to play live yet but I did actually make it for me to use live. It’s my favorite song my him and I can’t wait to perform it.

As always, I have more new songs coming and I can’t wait to share them with you all, and don’t forget that you can view the entire library of songs. by simply going to vist the downloadable backing tracks page.

Peace gang,

IK

More 80’s Backing Tracks

July 19th, 2010

So I’ve been picking away trying to get more backing tracks on the site for you guys to be able to download and add to your show. It’s been my experience that there’s generally a really good market for 80’s songs. Most of the forty something crowd like it and it’s a tad retro for younger folks so I’ve found that we’ve had great success in general when playing songs form this era.

With that in mind I’ve added a couple of new tracks to the site. One is by one of my fave bands from when I was a kid and it’s one of my favorite songs as well. It’s Call Me by Blondie. Super cool tune and a great backing track too. I haven’t used the track personally yet but I will.

The other track we’ve added is Girls On Film by Duran Duran. These guys were huge in the 80’s and their music still does well when played live now. I have and do use this track myself when I play in the 80’s/Disco band that I’m in so I encourage you to give it a try.

I’m working on more. I’ve got more 80’s stuff coming, tracks for some Scorpions hits and more Ozzy too. Make sure you come back to check them out. You can see what else is available by clicking on Downloadable Backing Tracks and browsing the tracks alphabetically.

Peace guys,

IK

Billy Idol And Ozzy Osbourne Backing Tracks…

July 8th, 2010

So the work at home here continues as I try to expand my library of backing tracks and make them available to you guys to use for your live shows. I’ve been doing a ton of work actually and it’s funny. It seems like the harder work, the more behind I get. Nonetheless I’ve been picking away at stuff I’ve personally wanted to get onto the site, and requests that I’ve received as well.
I do have more 80’s backing tracks in the works but today I’m happy to say I‘ve added a few new songs to the list. These are Perry Mason by Ozzy Osbourne. You can access them by either clicking on the links or by clicking on Tags: , , ,

More new rock backing tracks…

Alright folks, I’ve been working away quietly in the background trying to make up new backing tracks for you all. I’ve had some requests and am always happy to oblige people when I’m able to of course and they’ll always be added to the site when I make them.

The most recent additions are Uprising by Muse, and Clocks and Speed of Sound by Coldplay. These are all great tracks and the in my opinio the Coldplay tracks in particular are perfect for bands that are doing any type of corporate work. All of the tracks are available for your band to perform in A440 tuning or E Flat tuning as well so you don’t need to worry about using multiple instruments or playing in a weird key or any of that stuff.

You can view all the available MP3 backing tracks by visiting the Downloadable Backing Tracks page and prowsing alphabetically.

I urge you to check them out. These tracks will not only open the door for your band to play new songs but will help you to sound amazing…

Peace,

IK

Backing Tracks for Your Summer Shows…

May 25th, 2010

Hey everybody, me again. Just wanted to give you all a quick update on which downloadable backing tracks I’ve been working on to get on the site. I’ve been really happy with how quickly the site has been growing. Frankly I thought it would take quite a while longer than it has but please keep your request coming in.

So a few of the ones I’ve been working on are from bands like Aerosmith and Linkin’ Park. I’ve got some cool Kelly Clarkson coming and have recently just finished a few that I’ve put on the site as well. Some cool disco stuff including the very famous That’s the Way I like It by KC and The Sunshine Band, Walking On Sunshine by Katrina and the Waves, and one of my all time favorite songs, Let’s Go Crazy by Prince (or whatever his name is!!! lol…)

These are all very cool tracks and are sure fire backing tracks for you guys to use at your corporate gigs or whatever.

I wanted as well to pass along to you guys that I’ve had a couple of people get in touch with me now regarding the download of the tracks when you purchase them. It seems a couple of people have had to wait up to a few hours to get the links rather than being able to download them instantly. This has only happened a couple of times but I certainly understand their frusration. The links are supposed to be received by you, the buyer, instantly (or almost instantly). I upload all of my tracks to Payloadz.com that does the delivery of the songs for me. All in all they’ve been a really good company to deal with but this situation has happened twice now. I figure maybe they were doing site maintenance or something. I guess what I’m saying is, if you run into this situation, know that you will receive the links to your MP3 backing tracks. If for some reason you don’t get the links, then get in touch with me via an e-mail link that should be on almost every page of the site, and I’ll make it right for you. I check my e-mail usually at least once a day (usually in the evening) so it should be looked after promptly.

So to some it all up, I’ve added some new songs, I’ve got more new songs coming, and I’ve been using most of the backing tracks I sell on this site in my own bands while doing all of this. Performing with backing tracks is a great way to spruce up any live band’s show so give ‘em a try. You can get them by clicking here.

I hope all you guys had a terrific long weekend….

Peace,

IK

More new downloadable backing tracks!

February 6th, 2010

Man, I can’t believe how busy I’ve been. I’ve been busy with bands and busy with the site, busy making tracks and busy learning tunes. I ended up having to put a last minute band together to do a show in the city I live near. It was great fun and I got to try out my Michael Jackson backing tracks for Thriller and Billy Jean. Needless to say both songs went over really well. Thriller of course is available on the site. When I have the time, sometime shortly, I’m going to make a sample for Billy Jean and throw it up on the site as well.

I also had the chance to try out my YMCA backing track. That has to be one of the biggest audience participation songs you can find anywhere.

Anyways, I have had a chance to upload some more backing tracks in A440 and E Flat tunings for you guys to check out so here they are, just click on the title to be taken to the appropriate page…

Kid Rock - All Summer Long
Journey - Lovin’ Touchin’ Squeezin’

I have more songs coming. Some just need to be added to a page, some need a sample for you to hear etc, but rest assured they are on their way.

Rock out guys….
